FAQS

How do I upload images of my memorabilia for a valuation and what should I include?2026-06-22T14:56:30+00:00

You can submit your memorabilia by uploading clear, high-quality images through our online form, e-mail (valuations@tracks.co.uk) or WhatsApp (+447922950268). We recommend including multiple angles – such as the front, back, signatures, and any certificates of authenticity – as well as close-ups of important details, markings, or any damage. Most common file formats (including JPEG, PNG, and HEIC) are accepted, and you can upload multiple images per item or submit several items separately. All images and information are treated in strict confidence.

Are you interested in buying records?2026-05-12T08:08:00+00:00

We do not generally deal with standard records. However, we are interested in specific types such as demo records, acetates, test pressings, and certain Beatles records. If you’re unsure whether your item falls into these categories, please feel free to contact us.

I haven’t heard back from you in a while, are you not interested in my item(s)?2026-05-12T08:08:22+00:00

If you have not received a response from us within 3 working days, please assume that we do not have an interest in your item(s). Due to the high volume of enquiries we receive, we are unfortunately unable to respond to every submission.

How do I send my item(s) to you?2026-06-20T09:53:06+00:00
